The House

An entire home,
not a room in one.

Seven Oaks Stays is a full four-bedroom house on Abbey Lane — bay windows, a private front entrance, and a garden round the back. You get the whole property. No shared corridors, no reception desk, no one else's key in the door.

There are seven single beds. Six of them are zip & link, so they join into three double beds or split back into singles — a crew of six travels without anyone sharing, and a family sleeps together. The fourth bedroom is a quiet single.

Downstairs there's a living room with two sofas and a smart TV, a dining table that doubles as a desk, and a kitchen equipped like one you'd actually cook in — including the L'OR coffee machine guests keep mentioning.

We opened in 2026 and we're still early — every review, good or critical, is public on our Airbnb listing, and we'd rather you read all of them.

What stood out the most about our stay was how easy everything felt. After long days at work, it was great for me and my colleagues being able to come back to a comfortable house, make a coffee, sit in the cosy living room and properly switch off. The location is also brilliant as Greggs, McDonald's, Asda and other essentials are all nearby, while getting into Leicester city centre and surrounding areas was quick and straightforward.

The host really made the experience too. They were genuinely friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.

Booked this place during our visit to Leicester and honestly the location is unbeatable. So many food options nearby and it's just a short walk to Abbey Park & the city centre — you really couldn't ask for a better base in Leicester.
